Every company, regardless of its size, needs to create invoices. This program lets you do so in a very easy manner. It embeds itself in Microsoft Excel, so if you are familiar with this program, then its use will be even easier for you.
After installing the program, it will appear as a new tab on your Excel menu ribbon. When clicking on it, a new ready-to-fill invoice will appear. You can customize it by replacing the default logo with your company's, as well as adding relevant data such as your client's name, address, and other contact information, as well as the data about the products sold, such as amount, taxes payable, list price, unit cost, and so on.
If you do business repeatedly with some clients, you can save their data and retrieve them every time you need, so you don-t need to fill new invoices, again and again, thus saving your time. Also, you can create lists of your products so you can add them to your invoices only by clicking on them. This will also save you a great deal of time.
The only drawback I found is that the basic versions of the program are subscription-based; that is, you need to pay a license fee every six months. There are lifetime licenses, though, but of course, they are more expensive.
